'monkeys and ducks'

The theme of this week's show was 'monkeys and ducks'. We revealed footage of an interview chad yocom acquired with the elusive Muscatine 'monkey lion' . Based on information gained from interviews with Rupert Peen Bodalouski, Mr. Yocom was able to track down the creature underneath the Muscatine High Bridge. Though risking his life, he ultimately befriended the lion and the two began to discuss improvements to the Mark Twain Overlook area.

Our guests were 'Up With People', a international touring group of young adults spreading world peace. They are having a concert this tuesday at MHS at 7pm. Check them out at http://www.upwithpeople.org/. Also, be aware of the group's opposition... 'Down With People'.

From Monkeys to Ducks, Heather Gafellar was on hand to bring awareness to the local chapeter of 'Ducks Unlimited'. They are having a banquet at the rendevous March 8th to help raise funds to preserve our nations natural habitats. They meet at Diamond Dave's Tuesday nights for their meetings, all are welcome, except monkey enthusiasts and vegetarians.

The monkey lion will be back next week along with a premiere from two local filmakers.
