Dean Wellman has some T

This episode we had a local digital artist, named Dean Wellman out on the show. He debuted his new short film/music video "The Last Stand". Dean is an artist of all trades, music, songwriting, video, painting, clay, metal, web, graphics, etc. He has been contributing to the show on a regular basis by submitting videos from his website Exploration Iowa. Check it out for the best in midwest arts and culture. I even have some video on the site, as well as some cameo appearances.

I also took a moment to promote the upcoming Duathlon Training Practice that Muscatine Multisport is putting on this Wednesday at Saulisbury(6pm by the bridge). If you want to try it out, bring a bike, running shoes and helmet. We will run 2miles, then bike 12 miles and then finish with another 2miles. It is a very tough workout, and everyone's times will be recorded for future reference.

I am proud to be a part of this group, and encourage anyone who wants to get in the best shape possible while meeting healthy friends to get involved. Don't worry, they know how to have fun as well. Afterall, the Missippi Brew is one of their sponsors.

Next week Yocom's Orioles will be out and we will talk about Muscatine Little League.
